When the Black Swamp Bird Observatory approached Madhouse Studio, the brand lacked a cohesive identity or unified visual direction. This resulted in inconsistent communications and unclear brand messaging, making it difficult to present a strong, professional image to its audience or potential partners. In short: there was no visual system reflecting BSBO’s ambition or character, and no structure to ensure consistency.
BSBO needed more than just a logo: the challenge was to create a full identity system, one that could scale and adapt across media, and one that would give the brand clarity and confidence. The result is a distinctive brand identity that gives BSBO a unified presence that aligns with its vision and sets a strong foundation for future growth.
